The floors are reached via a central traditional granite staircase. Internet connection is available and there is an excellent coverage of mobile networks. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with many historic buildings. There is parking space on a square 50 meters from the house, which can be reached via a characteristic alley. Alcuéscar is a friendly village of 2900 inhabitants. There is a preschool,  primary school,  secondary school, health centre, pharmacist, dentist, public swimming pool, well stocked supermarket (DIA), several shops for household items and such, a variety of restaurants and café's.

A 7,500 sq m olive grove and garden (about nearly 2 acres) is available separately.
