Three-storey village house in Pinoso!
This well-kept home offers plenty of space and is ideal for a large family, to host friends or relatives, or to create a home office or shop. The property has a main entrance on one street and a second entrance to the patio on another street, giving access on two different levels. In total, the house has three floors, with the top floor featuring a spacious roof terrace.
The house
Through the main entrance you enter a generous hallway. This used to be a bakery, and some original elements can still be seen. From here there is access to the lower floor, and through the rear section you reach the upper floor. This rear section contains a large room that can be arranged entirely to your own wishes (see our impression photos). At the back of this room there is an indoor terrace.
The lower floor features a living room with open kitchen and a large pantry. From the living area you can access three rooms. Two rooms are currently combined into one large bedroom, but the dividing wall can easily be restored, giving this floor three bedrooms again. One of the rooms can also serve as a separate dining room. This floor also has a bathroom and access to the charming patio. Part of the patio is covered and includes a separate barbecue area with the washing machine. It’s a great spot to enjoy daily life in Spain.
The upper floor offers three bedrooms and a large room that can easily be divided into two. This gives you up to five bedrooms on this level, although the large room could also be used as a second living room. There is a bathroom on this floor as well. One of the bedrooms includes a walk-in wardrobe and has direct access to the spacious roof terrace, which offers lovely views over Pinoso and the surrounding mountains.
