The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds, a built-in wardrobe, and air conditioning. In addition to the en-suite, there is a second full family bathroom with a shower tray.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary kitchenware and crockery. A utility cupboard located in the entrance corridor houses the washing machine and hot water boiler.

The lounge is comfortably furnished and incorporates a dining area and air conditioning, with patio doors opening onto the terrace and allowing plenty of natural light while framing the sea views. The apartment benefits from centralised air conditioning throughout, a private garage parking space, and direct access to the beach via an underpass.

The community offers two communal swimming pools, extensive landscaped green areas, and restricted access with a 24-hour security guard. Please note that the swimming pools are open in accordance with community regulations, and their availability outside of the high season cannot be guaranteed.

Access to the apartment is via the gated community entrance. After passing the security checkpoint, follow the internal road to the garage entrance where the allocated parking space is located. A pedestrian exit from the garage leads into the community grounds, from where it is a short walk to the apartment.
