Charming townhouse, recently renovated for 4 people and ideally located in a quiet residential complex, within walking distance of the beach and all the amenities of Mojacar Playa. It is located on Calle Lomos del Cantal, in a small residential complex called Los Abedules.



IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SWIMMING POOLS We do not guarantee the use of the community swimming pools outside the summer season. The pools are open from 1 July to 31 August. Outside this period, we cannot be held responsible for the absence of swimming pools.


The first floor comprises a fully fitted and equipped open plan kitchen, cloakroom and comfortable lounge with dining area and access to a covered terrace overlooking the community gardens and swimming pool and offering sea views.

The internal staircase leads to the upper level, where there are two bedrooms and a shower room. The master bedroom with double bed and access to the open terrace with sea views, the second bedroom with two beds: a single bed and a 1.35 m wide double bed. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Open kitchen Fully equipped with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all other cooking utensils and crockery.

Orientation The main terrace of the living room faces the sea (east) and therefore receives only the morning sun, as does the terrace of the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a door that opens onto a west-facing terrace (very sunny).

Community This is a small, well-maintained community with swimming pool, gardens and private parking for residents. Only 10 houses share the pool.
