Accessed from the garden, there is a staircase to the top level, where the fourth guest accommodation is situated . This is a charming apartment of approx. 50m2 , and includes a kitchen , sitting area, double bedroom and bathroom with dressing room and a large private terrace .

There is a 2nd terrace – the highest point of the property. During construction, this terrace was reinforced so it can take the weight of a plunge pool or jacuzzi .


It could be perfectly managed by a couple with just the help of a part-time person and generate very attractive income.
