This is a really good house in a nice location, on a flat street with plenty of parking. This would rent well to locals but ideal as a holiday get away and also good for permanent living . It has a new roof and any work will be just cosmetic for personal taste. It has the bonus of a patio garden area off the basment which is currently used to store wood for the fire but its a decent size of about 30sqm so room for a plunge pool etc.
The house has 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor and on the ground floor there is a fitted kitchen with open plan dining area, with a fireplace, and a sitting room ,full bathroom and a nice hallway entering into the property. There are some storeooms in the basement and of course access to the outside patio area.
This is a good house for the money and is located in the popular town of Martos with all amenities including banks, shops, bars and restaurants, all within walking distance of the property.
