Location Location ! A fabulous 5-bedroom villa situated very close to Cala Moraig beach on Cumbre del sol, near Benitachell.

Wonderful views from the naya terrace here to the sea and as there are no properties directly in front of this villa the views are uninterrupted. We enter the villa through French style double-glazed doors and into the lounge/dining area with log burner and hot and cold air conditioning. The kitchen also has a sea view and is modern in black and white and open plan with electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Moving into the hallway, we find a double bedroom to our left with fitted wardrobes, sea views and a door opening onto the pool terrace. Adjacent is another double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and has an en-suite bathroom with shower unit, sink and toilet. A door from here leads us back to the hallway, so is useful as a guest WC also. Stairs lead us up to the master bedroom suite with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and a door leading out onto a private terrace offering superb views to the sea.

Other points of interest include, double glazing and mosquito blinds throughout the villa, entrance to villa via naya or door to the side which opens into a hallway. Storage space to the rear of the pool pump room. Cala Moraig beach is just a 12-minute walk downhill from the villa, it should be noted that visiting cars are prohibited to park in the road where this villa is located. A 3-minute drive brings you to the nearest supermarket, Pepe le Sal and 2 bars and a restaurant
