Antequera is a medieval town set in the hills about 62 klms north of malaga. It is overlooked by a moorish fortress and located in a fertile river valley surrounded by olive groves and fields of sunflowers. Antequera has many boutique shops, great places to eat and has one of the richest archaeological legacies in Andalucia.
