We have setup Spain Property Portal to be able to import Kyero valid XML feeds and also we have created our unique XML Valid feed to help you give as much information about each property as possible.

Once you have created your Spain Property Portal XML Feed, you can use our XML Feed Validator to make sure the feed will work properly when importing your properties.
We have created a validator for you to test your XML feeds before uploading to our website.
Simply head over to our Spain Property Portal feed validator to check your feed against all the feed types we accept.
If your feed is not a Spain Property Portal type feed, the validator will give you a simple yes or no answer as to whether it is valid or not but a Spain Property Portal type feed will tell you exactly what is wrong with your feed.
Using this tool, you should be able to setup your feed to work with our system.
The portal is on the internet! The properties are visible to every country.
You can load all types of properties, which includes new builds. We do not have a type called New Build, the type should always be a Villa or Apartment etc. In an xml feed new build is designated by a 0 or a 1.
Your xml creator will know how to do this.
The minimum advertising period is 3 months.
You can select from 3 months, 6 months or a year.
When you sign up, you will enter all your details and add the xml feed.
The feed will run overnight so you will see your properties the next day.
If you still don't see your properties then the feed has probably failed. You should have tested the feed in the validator to make sure it works.

When you sign up to SPP if you have properties in the following provinces Alicante, Almeria, Granada, Malaga and Murcia then the latest 300 properties from your xml feed will be sent to the following sites as well:
When you login it should say Welcome Back.
Under this are 4 sections, you can click on any of them to have a look around. Click on the titles.
Since Your Last Renewal will give you statistics and you can find the invoices.
Your Latest Enquiries will show you the enquiries.
Your Properties will show your properties and this is where you can add your Hot and Featured properties.
Xml Overview just shows your feed.
Click Login from the top menu.
A pop up appears.
It will say Property Alerts on one tab and Estate Agents/Private Sellers on the next tab.
You need to click on the Estate Agents tab.
Then enter your login details.
