Much sought after area at the northern end of La Manga. Shops, restaurants, bars, chemist, cash dispenser etc. are all close by. Less than 100 meters to the Mar Menor and it’s beaches, properties of this type are very difficult to come by. The Tomas Maestre port and sailing club are within 5 kms. Murcia International airport is around 55 minutes away, and the historical city of Cartagena 30 minutes. In general a very peaceful area.
