This beautiful 18th century hacienda is located in the municipality of Aguilar de la Frontera, near the border with the municipalities of Puente Genil and Lucena, an hour and a half from Malaga airport and an hour and a half from the airports of Seville and Granada.
The finca has been classified as rural tourism accommodation since 2010.
It should be noted that the finca for sale is not the entire building shown in the aerial photograph, but the part where the swimming pool is located, which is separated from the rest of the agricultural property by a wall. This horizontal division is illustrated in the attached document Plan of the property for sale, where the subject of the sale is designated as plot A.
The property currently has a constructed area of 1,800 m² and is equipped with all the features of a modern house, with the corresponding comforts that allow it to accommodate groups of up to 20 people, which makes it an ideal choice for celebrations with friends and family.
The spacious rooms are divided as follows:
-A comfortable lounge

-The two dining rooms, one of them smaller and equipped with a wooden table and chairs of the same material, has capacity for the total number of people for which this rural hacienda was designed, and the other, which serves as a banquet hall, has a variety of wooden tables and chairs with capacity for about 100 people, so there will be no problem if you want to celebrate a party.
-The hotel has 8 bathrooms with shower and/or bath, depending on the room occupied. They have been recently renovated with modern details and small tiles. In addition, seven of them have been integrated into the main rooms to give them more privacy.
-2 toilets, which add functionality to the house, are shared by all guests and have all the facilities you may need.
-9 bedrooms, six of which are doubles, some with blankets; two others have two single beds and the last is a bunk room for four people. All rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished, some of which are accessible for people with reduced mobility.
There is a games room with table football, darts, table tennis and other leisure games.
Finally, the exterior of the house is dominated by the white façade, which forms a sort of rectangle in the centre of which is the swimming pool, surrounded by a sunbathing area with sun loungers.
Next to the pool there is a covered barbecue area with several tables and benches.
