A few minutes drive from Benissa or Teulada and just 10 minutes from Moraira brings us to our fabulous villa, set in a secluded position off the road from Benissa to Pedramala. The property boasts 4 double bedrooms, 2 main bathrooms, a guest toilet and a poolside toilet and shower room.

Moving upstairs from the main entrance hall we find a study area and a door leading to a Juliet balcony, from here we have views towards the sea. On this level we also have a fabulous master bedroom with walk-in-wardrobes, a large private terrace overlooking the pool and with the best views of the sea and surrounding countryside. The en-suite bathroom has a huge bathtub, toilet and sink.

Downstairs we find 3 further bedrooms, these are accessed via a hallway to the rear of the lounge. One is presently used as a craft workroom, but all three are doubles with fitted wardrobes. All bedrooms and the lounge/dining room have hot and cold air conditioning units.
