This delightful country property was constructed in 2002 within an old almond grove, and combines old-world Spanish charm with authentic Andalusian character and style.

The house is very private and located on a hillside overlooking the River Genal valley with stunning views to the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar and the Rif mountains of Morocco. Along a short path, there is a separate guest annex comprising an en-suite double bedroom with built-in wardrobes.

The south-facing covered terrace provides welcome shade for ‘al-fresco’ dining in summer, and the lawned garden area in front of the house is perfect for children.

The large swimming pool (10m x 5m) has wonderful views across the river valley to the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar and Morocco. The surrounding terraces offer plenty of space for sunbathing and BBQ.

The paved parking area adjacent to the house has space for several cars.

The land comprises approx. 11 acres with some areas suitable for grazing sheep, goats or horses. There are lots of indigenous shrubs & trees such as cork oak, olive, almond, carob etc. and a variety of fruit trees including lemon, orange, apple, peach, fig and nispero.
