The balcony can be used all year around as it has been glazed with windows that can be opened to let the breeze in or kept shut to keep in the warmth of the winter sunshine. There is space for a table and chairs for dining or drinking and relaxing.The kitchen is quite simply beautiful with superb fitted units and a door leading out onto the patio area.There are numerous options for eating out and some lovely cafes and bars. We like Cafeteria Marlene just two minutes walk from the block.
