Decorative balustrade seperates the driveway from the front the terrace, which has a gazebo covered dining area, leading to the porch and the front door.

Let's now go inside this beautiful property, enter via the quality, security door into a long hallway, to the left we enter the huge kitchen, with an abundance of cupboard space above and below the silestone counter tops, fridge, freezer, gas hob, electric oven, breakfast bar, lights with fans etc . A chef's delight this one, and big enough to have a sous chef, working alongside them!

Leading from the kitchen is a bedroom, which is currently set to a games/TV room, reading area, with bed settee, so we guarantee there will be a race for this room for that teenager who wants to claim their own space or anyone else who needs a quiet room away from everyone else.

Back out into the hallway and to the end here we have the “Family Wing” comprising of 3 Bedrooms and the family shower room. As expected in this large villa, not just 3 Bedrooms per se. That said in the summer months this is area is sun drenched pretty much all day.

Openly flows into a seating area to sit and perhaps put your feet up whilst playing Lifeguard, or sit relaxing with a book, and maybe a cheeky Gin and Tonic with one of your hand-picked lemons, from your tree that is poolside. Double doors here lead from the Dining area that is to the end of the Conservatory.

Outside to each side of the conservatory are storage/ little casita's that are used for pool maintenance equipment and swimming pool play equipment, winter storage etc. The outside W.C is just down from poolside.

Poolside is mainly artificial grass, has a border with decorative stones , raised flower/plant beds for easy maintenance, but attractive as a garden/ pool area, not forgetting the orange and lemon trees.The fruits are beautiful served squeezed for breakfast or for your cocktails, we'll leave you to choose on that one.

Air conditioning, fly screens and ceiling fans throughout, quality stone cladding on villa and garden walls, solar powered outdoor lighting, UK Satellite system, security camera's to the front and rear.
