This apartment comprises 1 bedroom with 2 single beds put together, built in wardrobe and air con unit.

Fully equipped open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, fridge- freezer, gas hob & electric oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all kitchenware and crockery.

Lounge has ceiling fan and double patio doors leading out to terrace. There is a sofa-bed in lounge available for a third person/child at the extra cost of 50€ per week on top of the advertised weekly price.

The terrace enjoys stunning mountain and sea views, is equipped with table and chairs for outside dining and has a winding staircase leading up to private roof terrace. There are 2 sun loungers here for sunbathing and relaxing.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SWIMMING POOLS

We do not guarantee the use of community swimming pools outside the main summer season. Swimming pools will be open from 1st July until 31st August. Outside that period we cannot be made responsible for swimming pools not being open.


ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT
Drive up Calle Bellavista up to the sign Las Cumbres II, there is no allocated parking space - street parking only -
Next to the sign you will find a staircase leading down ( 2 flights - about 40 steps) to the front door of the apartment
It is also possible to access the bottom road from the apartment via staircases ( 3 floors down) to walk down to beach

The urbanisation Las Cumbres is located between 2 roads - the top road which is an easier access to the apartment and the bottom road ( Calle Melodía)
Both roads will lead down to the very well known beach of Las Ventanicas.

Playa Las Ventanicas is a long stretch of fine sand beaches interspersed with beach bars all along offering parasol and sunbeds' for hire located in the south end of Mojacar with plenty of amenities
Shops, supermarkets, beach bars, restaurants and all amenities in this part of Mojacar Playa.

There is also a seafront promenade (2500m long) going from the Indalo Hotel to the Red Cross roundabout.
Along the promenade you will find a good selection of bars and restaurants
