The upper part of the land has the grass area with deck, pergola, barbecue, small kitchen garden and play area for small kids and a trampoline. The middle part is where the house is located, the bamboo and coffee zone with dipping pool and several fruits and vegetables can be found here as well. The lower area is where all the “outdoor entertainment” for the kids and the chickens (fresh eggs!!) can be found.

Other attractions in the region are the cava and wine route in the Penedes wine region, Portaventura and water park Aqualeon.
