Pinar de Campoverde is a district of Pilar de la Horadada in the very south of the province of Alicante and about 10 km from the coast in a quiet location inland. Particularly noteworthy is the large pine forest, which extends along the dry riverbed of the Rio Seco. Here many European long-term residents have found their new home, in nature and off the tourist zones along the coast. Those who settle here are looking for peace and pure nature in the first place.

Also, a German architect couple had moved here 20 years ago, and has built a self-designed family house on the outskirts of Pinar. It has everything you need to live life to the fullest.

The total of 256m2 of living space is spread over three levels. In addition, there is a very practical and complete summer kitchen with pool bar and a wonderful covered pool with lifting roof and heat pump, which allows swimming even in the fresher winter months. Also on the pool level are a toilet and a shower, and very handy is the small gym with integrated infrared sauna.
