This house is situated near the northern area of Playa de Gandía, approximately 500 meters from the sea.

In this pool area, there is also a barbecue and a paella preparation space, all under a roofed structure.

Outside, you'll find a sink for washing either clothes or dishes used in the grill.

Finally, at the far left end, there is a large space that can be used either as an outdoor terrace or for additional parking.
