Located in a quiet village above the N432 in the Jaen province of Andalucia, this property is just waiting for its new owners. There is also an area housing the jacuzzi and then a large outbuilding ideal for storage. There is also access to a raised sun terrace with a pergola and furniture, another great area for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The patio then goes back round to the front entrance of the house. To the front of the property is a track and a covered parking area.
This is a lovely property and ready to go ideal as a holiday getaway or for full time living in a peaceful location. The village has no shops or bar however a short 10 minute drive will have you in the large busy market Town of Alcala la real.
Los chopos is located in the Jaen province of Andalucia famous for its olive groves. Granada City is less than 40 minutes away which also has an airport along with various lakes in the area. The Granada coast can be reached in about one hour 15 minutes and Malaga and its airport in around one hour 40 minutes.
