We are proud to present this private Cave House with space for a Pool in need of a reform, less than 7 minute drive to Macisvenda, a small village just inside the Murcia border and around 8 minute drive from Hondon de los Frailes, a popular village with expats and in the village you will find a few cafes and restaurants and a small local shop.

The first entrance leads to an entrance hall and then there are three rooms of the hall. There is a fourth room connected to the kitchen, but this can be separated and the original doorway to the hall reinstated, so you would have four separate rooms coming of the main hallway.

Next to the Cave house is an older cave house, around the same size but in need of more work to make habitable.  

 

Above the cavehouses is an older building, previously used for storage but in such poor condition, the remaining part of it needs to be demolished.

 

The front of the property has a really nice flat area, ideal for building a porch for some shade, and will be great to have a swimming  pool and garden area. Just above the flat area is some more land that belongs to the house, here you have some olive trees planted. This area is ideal for a garden to grow some fruit and veg.

 

There is no electricity that can be connected to the property, it will need a Solar system and it will also need a water tank.

 

The property sits just inside the Murcia border, so purchase tax is cheaper here than in Alicante province, and the property sits in an area of great natural beauty, having views of the Murcian and Alicante mountains from the garden.

 

The town of Macisvenda has everything you need for daily life, it has a great community with a lovely old Spanish feel.

 

The nearby Town of Hondón de los Frailes is less than 8 minutes drive, and has a large population of British, Dutch and Belgium residents with many English speaking Bars, Cafes and restaurants to choose from.

 

Murcia city and the large commercial retail park, along with IKEA are only 30 minutes drive from the Villa.

 

Alicante Airport is 45 minutes drive, and Murcia Airport is around 50 minutes.
