This cave house is situated in the heights of Huéscar with stunning southwest views of the town and surrounding mountains. A staircase leads up from the kitchen to the ample double bedroom. The large bedroom window is positioned to offer dist ant views from the bed! This bedroom has built-in cupboards and a door that leads to the land above the cave. This cave house has been carefully renovated and is maintained in excellent condition.

The cave has a covered front patio for outdoor dining and a large, fully tiled terrace that gets sun all day. Below the terrace is a one-car garage with additional parking space in front of the garage. The garage has a wood oven. The track to the house is narrow and passes between the cave house and the terrace and garage. This track continues through a small neighbourhood and exits up a hill onto a wide open plains with mountains in the distance. A beautiful community swimming pool and recreational park is just a 2 minute drive or 15-20 minute walk. There are a couple of nearby restaurants and basic shops. The lively Huéscar town center is a 5 minute drive with shops, restaurants, schools, a 24 hr health center, two theaters and a busy weekly market.
