Accessibility to the Communal Area is totally optional and costs €50 per month. There is a mini Supermarket only a 5 minute drive away. Both the towns of Fortuna and Abanilla are less than 15 minutes away by car.This is a well-presented, tidy and clean home, and ideal as a lock-up and leave or for permanent living. The separate guest apartment is perfect for friends and family to visit.
