There is another large bedroom facing the nice view and the tastefully renovated bathroom.The apartment has newly installed air conditioning for both heating and cooling and double-glazed windows have been installed that provide extra good insulation for both heat and cold and also dampens noise from the street.In the community there is a large, shared pool and a shared roof terrace. The pool is currently being renovated and will be ready for the swimming season.There are two lifts in the property.It is only 210 meters to the shallow and child-friendly Acequión beach.Right next door is the sandy white beach of Naufragos with its abundant range of water sports, beach volleyball, outdoor gym, sunbed rental and beach restaurants that invite you to music and DJ evenings.The view is truly outstanding, which is why we have added some of the owners' own photos of the sunset, it's a new spectacle every night!Torrevieja is a charming coastal town located on the Costa Blanca in southeastern Spain.
