This three bedroom apartment is located on the top floor, in a block of 4 apartments right in the centre of Formentera del Segura.
Stairs take you up to the second floor (no lift) with the first room being the spacious kitchen/diner. Here you have plenty of wall and base units, built in oven and hob along with a washing machine, dishwasher, dryer and fridge freezer. Across from this you have a great sized living area with multiple windows letting in plenty of light. There is a small east facing terrace off with space for a table and two chairs, enough to enjoy a coffee and watch the world go by!
Along the corridor and you have two shower rooms, along with a bedroom which currently has bunkbeds and an office space. The other two bedrooms are spacious doubles with built in wardrobes.
Owners also have access to a large solarium which is a great space to sunbathe and take in all the views!
The property is presented to a high standard with extras including air conditioning in the main living area and electric wall mounted radiators in most rooms.  Ideal as a lock up and leave holiday home, but also big enough to be a main residence.
Formentera del Segura has plenty of bars, restaurants and a couple of supermarkets, along with pharmacy and a medical centre. You are also close to the towns of Benijofar/Benimar along with Rojales which give you even more choice of bars and restaurants along with larger supermarkets. The main motorway is closeby and enables you to get to the cities of Elche and Alicante in around 25 minutes and the airport in 35 minutes. The nearest beaches are at Guardamar in around 12 minutes.
Although this property does not have access to a community pool, there is a large Municipal pool in the village. Entrance during the summer months is €1 for under 14's and the over 65's or you can buy a voucher for 10 sessions for €12 (prices as of 2024)
If you enjoy cycling and walking then there are plenty of routes around the area and a flat route along the nearby River Segura which takes you all the way to Guardamar or Orihuela.
