There is a tiled entrance hall leading into the property then to the right there is a room currently being used as a sitting room however is normally a bedroom with a fitted wardrobe. There is then a large reception room which leads into a sitting/dining room. To the rear of this is the kitchen, a reasonable size and fitted with modern units along with a rear large walk in larder.

Rute is a larger Town yet unspoilt less than one hour from Malaga and offers a whole host of bars, restaurants and shops, famous for its Jamon and anis along with the Chocolate factory to which people from across Spain travel every year to see the famous nativity scene. Iznajar is right next to Rute and is thought to be one of the prettiest white villages in Spain with its stunning lake and beach areas.
This is a good solid property in a much sought after town and can be lived in immediately either full time or for holidays
