A charming villa with great sea view situated in the quiet residential area of Costa Nova in Javea. Presented to a high standard internally and externally. The house benefits from beautiful sea views from the living room, dining room and master bedroom.

Entry into the house is via a gated private garden and down steps to the front door. The front door leads into a hallway and straight into the open plan living / dining space offering stunning sea views and airconditioning.
The modern kitchen is off the lounge and is equipped with, fridge / freezer, dish washer, coffee maker, oven etc. The family bathroom and the master bedroom are on this level. The master bedroom has lovely sea views.
Down a flight of stairs there are two further double bedrooms, the utilty room and a shower room. All the bedrooms have wardrobes, fans and blinds or curtains.
Externally there is a 7m x 3m private swimming pool, a brick built barbecue and the gardens have been furnished with sunloungers for sun bathing and dining furniture for al fresco dining. The gardens are well maintained and the views are wonderful.
