You can park your car(s) in the spacious parking area next to the property and then walk through the gate into the garden, which is cosily furnished with various seating areas and beautiful flowers. There is a terrace shaded by tall pine trees and a second terrace with a bamboo canopy behind the property.
You enter the house via the veranda, which can be completely closed by closing the sliding doors or opened to allow a nice breeze to flow through. Here you will also find the 18.3 m2 kitchen with gas stove and washing machine. From the kitchen, you have a view of your olive grove and the mountains. Continuing on, you enter the attractively furnished living room of 26.8 m2 with a fireplace and ceiling fan. On the ground floor, there is also a separate toilet (2.2 m2) and a bedroom (9.4 m2) with an en-suite bathroom (3.5 m2). Outside, a staircase leads to the attic floor, where you will find the second bedroom (11.9 m²).
The house is completely off-grid with solar panels and a 7 kW battery and four water tanks, each with a capacity of 1,000 litres (expandable).
The boiler and water heater were replaced at the end of 2024 and are therefore as good as new.
There is also a small swimming pool to cool off in during the hot summer months.
The property was only used by the current residents for 6 months of the year and is therefor fully equipped with an alarm system with cameras via Securitas, and the subscription for this costs 40 euros per month.
Internet is available via Starlink, this installation is also available for takeover, subscription costs are also 40 euros per month.
