The entrance hall then gives way to the rest of the rooms. Bedroom 1, the master bedroom, is a larger than average room with fitted wardrobes, hot & cold air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a large double with fitted wardrobes and hot & cold air conditioning. .Bedroom 3 is a twin or double room with fitted wardrobes and hot & cold air conditioning. The guest bathroom comprises corner shower, basin and toilet.

All mains services are connected, and the property also benefits from internet connections at a very reasonable monthly price, and satellite television.
