Off the lounge to the right there is also access into the large kitchen which has a pellet burner and modern appliances styled in a traditional Andalucian way. This area also has space for another dining table and seating area if desired. To the left of the lounge at the rear there is also access to the third bedroom which is rear facing and double. This bedroom also has direct access into the bathroom.
At the rear of the lounge there are French doors which lead out to the garden area which is mature and well stocked and quite a sun trap and has patio areas to eat al fresco or relax in the Andalucian sun.To the left there is a large storage brick shed and also an annex. The annex consists of a large double bedroom with built in storage and a private bathroom with a shower, wc and sink.
There is then a gate between the house and the annex which leads to further landscaped areas with mature plantings and an area for log storing plus fabulous views. This area then leads back to the front of the house and front patio.
This is a fantastic property ready to go in a peaceful village with basic amenities however a ten minute drive takes you into the very large Town of Loja with full amenities. This property is ideal as a holiday hideaway or for full time living. Malaga and Granada are less than 50 minutes away and Iznajar and Antequera less than 30 minutes away. It has great access to the A92 so an ideal base to explore everything Andalucia has to offer.
