The Resort is located on the well‐known Costa Cálida, the ideal place to enjoy an exclusive paradise with all the cultural and biological wealth of the Murcia region. It is also one of the main paradises in the world for the sports lovers, such as nautical, with endless activities such as swimming, sailing or water skiing, as well as terrestrial, with a wide range of possibilities ranging from tennis, to trekking and, of course, golf. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to our guest. The kitchen is equipped. The apartment also has air conditioning with a cold and warm air pump. The property has heating through a gas boiler with radiators in all rooms. Hot water is provided by a gas heater. In addition, there is access to a community pool open all year.
