This lovely house is nestled on top of a hill, overlooking the olive groves and the lake as far as you can see. It has completely been renovated and consists of the main house and two separate self-catering apartments. The village of Iznajar with all its amenities is only 5 minutes driving. From every room of the property, you have stunning views on the magnificent surroundings. There are several terraces around the house so that finding shade, sun or privacy is never a problem.
The main house has a spacious kitchen and seating area with a wood burner. The dining area is in a separate room with a double door giving access to the swimming pool. There is one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms of which one has an ensuite bathroom and a beautiful terrace with views on the lake and the olive groves.
Besides the main house, there is another 2-floors building with a self-catering apartment on each floor. Each apartment has a living area with a kitchen, a bedroom with a bathroom and a private terrace where you can sit and enjoy the landscape in all privacy. So in total there are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The property was never used as B&B or rental property, but it definitely has the potential.
The whole property has central heating working on gasoil, in the main living room there is also a woodburner. Hot water comes from an electric boiler. Electricity and water are both connected to the mains. Airconditioning is installed in one of the bedrooms as well as in the main living room. All windows are double glazed. Furthermore there is a shed for keeping general stuff and a technical room with the electric boiler and heating installation. A septic tank is in place.
This property is located 5 minutes from the picturesque village of Iznajar and the biggest lake of Andalucia. The historical cities of Malaga (city, beach and airport) and Granada (with the skiing resort of the Sierra Nevada) are only an hour away, Cordoba is at about 1.5 hour, Antequera with its golf resort and the natural parc El Torcal is at only half an hour, the famous Caminito del Rey at about 1 hour 15 minutes.
The property is located just a short drive from the beautiful Pueblo Blanco of Iznajar with its beautiful lake and beach area easily reached in a short 10 minute drive.
Malaga and Granada and their airports are less than an hour's drive.
