The San Juan, Ranera and Susana rivers flow through it and the source of the San Juan river is a near by popular tourist attraction. Every year in May, the town holds a famous cherry festival and several other fiestas throughout the year. There is a lovely municiple outdoor pool open in the summer and several bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and other amenities can be found throughout the town. There is also a sport centre and adult and children centre where fun activities are held throughout the year. This is a small town with a big presence that welcomes you to enjoy the true Spanish lifestyle.
Granada airport is around 50 minutes away whilst the larger international airport of Malaga can be reached in around 1 hour 45.
