There is a summer kitchen room plus a BBQ, and a few steps down to the lower garden where there is a second seating or play area for children and is also planted with trees, there is also a rear access to this part of the garden.
To the front of the house is a carport for two cars and a private parking / turning area.
The house has been well maintained and freshly decorated. This is a lovely country house with great views and a tranquil setting, yet just 10 minutes away from the busy town of Yecla where you will find all your everyday essentials plus a hospital and six different supermarkets.
Yecla is famous for its furniture industry, having many companies that fabricate and export all over the world. From here Valencia is 1 hour drive, Alicante and Murcia are also 1 hour drive. A new motorway has recently been finished which has opened up Yecla as a town much more accessible than in previous times. Still a very Spanish town, but with a good expat community.
This lovely house must be seen to be fully appreciated, so early viewings are recommended.
