Apartment or penthouse with 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Almería, Vera Playa
In a quiet residential area on the Mediterranean coast, a modern residential area with comfortable apartments and penthouses will soon be created, designed to enjoy the sun, sea and quality of life all year round. In total, around 300 homes will be built, including 60 apartments. The first phase of this project includes 24 apartments divided over two residential blocks, each with six floors and only two homes per floor. There are ground floor apartments available, apartments on the 1st to the 4th floor and penthouses with a beautiful solarium and views.

The open kitchen of these homes will seamlessly connect to the living space and will be fully equipped with upper and lower cabinets, a granite worktop, and built-in appliances such as an induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave (in column), integrated fridge and integrated dishwasher. LED strips under the upper cabinets will provide extra mood lighting.
