IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SWIMMING POOLS
We do not guarantee the use of community swimming pools outside the main summer season. Swimming pools will be open from 1st July until 31st August. Outside that period we cannot be made responsible for swimming pools not being open.



There are entrances from 2 roads on either side of the complex. Once through the gate to the complex, there are stairs That lead only to the apartment on the first floor.

On entering the apartment there is a hallway leading into the lounge-diner and kitchen. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven plus fridge and washing machine is open to the lounge through an archway. It has a window that gives onto the back of the complex with views of the countryside and mountains.

There is an area for dining with table and chairs and the rest of the lounge is furnished with sofas on either side of the coffee table, TV and wall units. The patio doors open onto a good sized terrace for al fresco dining with pretty sea views. There are external stairs leading up to the large solarium measuring 68 m2. From here you have 360º views of the sea and mountains in a peaceful location.

The master bedroom has sea views plus a fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom looks to the mountains also with a fitted wardrobe. There is a family bathroom with bath and another bathroom with a shower cubicle.

The complex has a nice communal pool and pool area. The garage can be accessed via the automatic door or via stairs.

The property entrance is in a cul-de-sac which means there is no passing traffic and the complex backs onto the countryside for lovely walks. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and a selection of restaurants and bars.





Airports
Almeria airport is 60 minutes drive, Murcia airport is 1 hour minutes, Alicante airport is 2 hours and 15 minutes and Malaga airport is 2 hours 45 minutes.
