This room is currently used as a dining area, lounge and sleeping area but can easily be arranged to suit your needs. Off the lounge there is a modern bathroom consisting of a roll top bath, a rain shower, modern basin and toilet. The boiler for this level is fitted behind sliding barn doors where there is also storage. There is a pellet burner and other places for storage. The laundry is also on this level leading out to a private patio. There is a guest toilet, washing machine and dryer. Raised flower beds are well established and there is lighting, electric sockets and a water connection. Downstairs, the entrance from the street has storage under the stairs, the electric box and a place for coats and shoes. It also has a sandstone feature wall on the way up the stairs. The second house, which is not shown in the video, is totally separate with it's front door just around the corner so has a different address. Ideal for visitors, family and friends or maybe a small business like an air BnB. It is still undergoing renovations but will be finished for the sale. It consists of a decent sized lounge, Spanish kitchen, bedroom and full ensuite with bath, basin, shower and toilet. The outside will be painted after the new window is in place downstairs creating more light in the lounge. The houses are being sold together but if an offer is made on either house, it will be considered.
