An immaculately presented and well maintained three bedroom villa set in a very private low maintenance plot with mature landscaped gardens, enclosed hot tub, outdoor bar and lovely views over the surrounding mountain ranges.

This stunning property is situated just a 1-2 minute drive or a 7-8 minute walk (650 metres) from the village of Partaloa where you will find two bar-restaurants, pharmacy, convenience store, bakery, butchers, cash point, doctors’ office, town hall, communal pool, gymnasium and more. The town of Cantoria is within a 10 minute drive (8kms) where you will find further amenities and the large market town of Albox is just a 12-13 minute drive (12.9kms) where you will find all of the necessary amenities for a day to day life. The coastal resorts are only a 35-45 minute drive away and the nearest airport is just over an hours’ drive.

From the street double wrought iron gates open into a driveway laid to gravel offering space to park two cars. There is further space for parking on the street if necessary. On the left of the drive there is a tiled terrace with a wooden pergola for seating. This then gives way to a store room with an adjoining garden shed. From there a pathway leads to a lovely garden area planted with mature trees, palms and native plants. The garden wraps round to the back of the villa and gives way to a large private garden. In the back there is a wooden casita housing a hot tub, outdoor covered bar with space for seating and a tiled terrace offering ample space for seating and sun bathing. There is ample space for an above ground pool if necessary but remember there is a communal pool in the village of Partaloa which costs 1 or 2 Euros for a full day which is a lot cheaper than running your own pool. The back garden also has access into an insect free enclosure which then gives way to the kitchen.

The front door opens into an entrance hall with a large arch on the left giving way to a spacious and bright living-dining room with a feature turret dining / seating area, feature fireplace housing an open fire, ceiling fan and sliding doors leading out to the back garden. On the right of the hallway a door opens into the guest shower room which benefits from a walk in shower, basin and toilet. Further down the hallway on the right is a larger than average double or twin bedroom with a ceiling fan. On the left of the hallway a door opens into a large fully fitted kitchen with lovely units, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, electric hob, extractor, space for a table and chairs and also access out to the insect free enclosure which then gives way to the back garden.

The hallway then gives way to the second guest bedroom which is a larger than average double room with fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom is a nice big and bright room with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with a full size bath.

All of the rooms have mosquito nets, metal blinds and security rejas. There are high quality wooden fittings and fixtures throughout.
