This beautiful farm is located by the Darro river (in fact, the Darro river crosses the property). It is one minute (300 metres) from Huetor Santillan and only 10 minutes drive from the center of Granada.
The main house has ​​380 uilt m² and is built on the remains of an old mill. On the ground floor we find a large living room with a fireplace with different areas.

We also find next to the riverbank, a beautiful walk lined by poplars and a large wall of natural stone covered with the green of ivy. There is an orchard with large poplars, walnut trees, almond trees, persimmons, plums, apple trees, peaches, fig trees and different ornamental plants such as rosemary, lavender, rose bushes and honeysuckle. A stone bridge over the river gives access to the orchard area, where in addition to the arable land we find three large medlar trees, laurels, pear trees, hazelnuts and quinces. All trees, plants and garden have programmed automatic irrigation.
Given its location it is ideal for rural tourism business.
