There is a 2nd double bedroom with air-conditioning, fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room also on this floor.

Moving down to the 2nd lower level you will find the 3rd single bedroom, storage and a closet with basin and WC. A passageway leads to a separate entrance for the property to access the lower street level.
